Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2017, on March 1, 2017, the Defendant removed a banner for public relations by cutting down the reduction of the banner (e.g. 90cm in width, 100cm in length) placed by the victim D (39 years) to publicize the Taekwondo chief on the electric poles adjacent to the Mat in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, in order to remove the banner for public relations.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's banner equivalent to the market price of 20,000 won.

2. On March 4, 2017, on March 4, 2017, the Defendant removed a banner for public relations by cutting the string of a banner ( width of 90cm, length of 100cm) that the victim D saw to publicize the Taekwondo field from the electric poles adjacent to the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, in order to remove the banner for public relations.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's banner equivalent to the market price of 20,000 won.
