H On March 25, 2015, sentenced a maximum of one year of imprisonment in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch and a short of eight months, on June 25, 2016, the enforcement of the sentence was terminated.

H and A are siblings, and the Defendants were known from the time of their birth to the point of view.
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On August 7, 2016, the Defendants: (a) committed “M” operated by the victim L in Ha on a net city, 03:21 August 7, 2016; (b) Defendant I opened the door and opened the entrance; and (c) Defendant A reported the network in the vicinity; and Defendant H and Defendant I stolen the property jointly with Defendant H and Defendant I, 1.5 million won (total amount of KRW 3 million) of the market price on which it was displayed.
around 00:58 on August 8, 2016, the Defendants jointly stolen one of the four hundred and fifty hundred and fifty hundred and fifty-eights of the market price of the victim L in the foregoing manner as above at the above place.
On August 8, 2016, at around 06:10 on August 8, 2016, the Defendants entered a P station operated by the victim'sO located in Gohap-gun N, Gohap-gun, with water drinking to the victim, and Defendant H and Defendant I reported the network, and Defendant A had 30,000 won in cash, which is the victim's possession in the said book.
The Defendants, together, stolen property worth KRW 11,304,00 in total on five occasions, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from August 17, 2016, from that time to that time.
around 02:00 on August 13, 2016, Defendants 2016, “S,” operated by the victim R R in Q Q, Dong-gu, Gwangju around 02:00, Defendant A was able to get the entrance and exit of Defendant H and Defendant I by opening the entrance, and Defendant H got 10,000 won in cash from the safe opened.
Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
