Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:00 on October 17, 2012, the Defendant entered a de facto marital relationship for about 10 years with the victim C, and the wife Nonparty D of the victim married with the victim C was a book in front of the apartment site entrance of the victim E 109 Dong 1404, Yangsan-si around October 17, 2012.
