A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and ten months for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on June 28, 2002 and completed the enforcement of the sentence in a female prison on December 24, 2003.
