1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,383,561 as well as KRW 300,00,000 among them, from September 23, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, on April 22, 2015, lent KRW 500,000 to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of KRW 60,000,000, KRW 330,000 on May 20, 2015, and KRW 20,000 on May 21, 2015.
B. On July 22, 2015, the Defendant repaid the Plaintiff the principal amount of KRW 200,000,000,000 to the Plaintiff, and if the Defendant provided the Plaintiff and the remainder loans of KRW 300,000,000 to August 22, 2015, the period of repayment shall be postponed until the end of February 2016. However, if the Defendant fails to provide the security by August 22, 2015, the Defendant agreed to pay the leased principal and interest thereon by September 22, 2015.
C. The Defendant did not provide the Plaintiff with a security equivalent to KRW 300,000,000 by August 22, 2015.
The total amount of interest calculated by the rate of 25% per annum from July 22, 2015 to September 22, 2015 on loans of 500,000,000 to the maximum interest rate of 25% per annum as stipulated in the Interest Limitation Act from each loan date to July 21, 2015 is 37,383,561 as listed below.
The fact that interest on the number of days in which the principal of the leased principal was interest during the lending period from April 22, 2015 to July 21, 2015 is 25% per annum 150,000,000 to July 21, 2015 9,349,315 won per annum 9,315 won per day from May 20, 2015 to July 21, 2015; KRW 14,239,726 won per 63 days from July 21, 2015; KRW 14,239,726 won from May 21, 2015 to July 21, 2015; KRW 849,315 won from July 22, 2015 to KRW 30,000; KRW 305,301,50,530,50,537,50

According to the above facts, since the loan amount of the Defendant remains at KRW 300,000,000 with its principal and the maturity date of September 22, 2015, the loan amount of KRW 300,000 with the loan amount of KRW 500,000 and the loan amount of KRW 200,000 with the loan repayment date of KRW 200,000,000 with the loan repayment date of KRW 200,000,000 from July 21, 2015, the loan interest under the Interest Limitation Act from July 22, 2015, the repayment date of KRW 300,000 with the loan repayment date of KRW 30,00,000 with the loan repayment date of KRW 300,00,000.
