A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that the facts charged in the indictment do not disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, some correction or correction was made according to facts obtained through the examination of evidence.
1. However, even if the Defendant borrowed money, it was thought that he would use 28,200,000 won for the long-term brain projects. However, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to repay the borrowed money without any property.
