A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:50 on September 3, 2016, when the Defendant was issued a penalty payment notification due to a violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act from the slope E belonging to the Dong-dong Police Station D District Unit of the Jeju Police Station, which was called out after receiving 112 of the disturbance under the influence of alcohol on the front of the Cscam in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, on September 3, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant, as drinking, such as whether the Defendant would issue a penalty payment notification due to the act of violating the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, and whether the Defendant “I will issue this Cspacker’s Stacker’s Stacker’s Stick, who is a citizen within the Republic of Korea, is a citizen, and the Defendant would be able to write off the E’s chest once with the hand-to-k.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the 112 Report Handling.
