A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From December 27, 2013 to August 25, 2017, the Defendant has been in charge of lending business as an employee at a branch of the Bank D located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.

On June 2016, from around July 2017 to around July 2017, the Defendant requested to receive a loan from a branch E, etc., but he did not meet the terms and conditions of the loan by stating his income and property, or could not implement a small amount of loan. The Defendant was willing to implement a loan by forging a certificate of employment, etc. as if the closing complies with the terms and conditions of the loan.

1. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) stated the forgery of a private document; (b) the use of a computer for the purpose of uttering at the Defendant’s home of Ulsan-gun F, Ulsan-gun; (c) 103 Dong-601; and (c) stated “E” in the name column; (d) “E” in the company name column; and (e) during the service period column from November 01, 2015 to 14, 2016; and (e) stated “E” in the name of the company name column; and (e) stated “E” in the service period column as “from November 01, 2015 to 14, 2016”; and (e) stated that “A private document is in service as above; (f) stated “F, October 14, 2016; and (f) affix official seal in the name of the representative director of the Bank of Korea Construction and Management Corporation H at will thereafter.

In the same manner, the Defendant stated “E”, “E”, “1,99,085”, “200,000” in the subsidy column, “199,085” in the subsidy column, and “2,00,000” in the subsidy column, and “2,00,000” in the subsidy column, under the title of “the wage ledger of 2015”, and attached the seal thereto.

In addition, the Defendant stated in the same manner that “E”, “1,94,510”, “9,” “94,510”, “934,810” and “20,000” in the sum column of the deduction amount, under the title of “the wage ledger of 2016”, the Defendant stated in the same manner that “E”, “E”, “1,94,510”, “the amount of receipt”, and affixed the seal next thereto.

On June 16, 2016, the Defendant, at the above branch of the Bank, shall be the head of the branch office, who is aware of the forgery.
