Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of Jung-gu, Incheon and the chairperson of the individual heating promotion committee, and the victim C (the 60-year old and South) is the same apartment resident. While the defendant and the victim did not have any conflict from the past with respect to the individual heating construction of the apartment, the defendant, around 19:00 on November 10, 2013, reported the victim who returned home in front of the above B apartment, and attached a poster expressing his opposing opinion to the inside of the apartment inside of the apartment to the individual heating construction he promoted as the chairperson, he assaulted C's her tample on one occasion on the ground that he did not oppose the execution of the apartment construction.
