Defendant
A on August 30, 2001, at the Gwangju High Court sentenced 6 years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and on July 26, 2007, at the Seoul Central District Court sentenced 6 years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc., and completed the execution on May 14, 201. Defendant B was sentenced to 10 years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc., of Specific Crimes, etc., by the Cheongju District Court on February 27, 2001.
1. The Defendants’ joint criminal offenders committed a theft of another’s property by cutting off a house without any person having economic difficulty due to lack of living expenses, etc. from around June 2014, as between the two having come to know in the field of his/her clothes in the Gwangju Prison, and cutting off the house into the house to steals money and valuables, etc.
From August 6, 2014 to September 30, 2014, the Defendants confirmed that the victim E in Seoul Special Metropolitan City D and 101 came to come to the house, and that there was no way inside the house, and Defendant A reported to the network by Defendant A, Defendant B was invaded into the house, and brought about precious metal equivalent to KRW 2.250,00,00,00 from August 6, 2014 to September 30, 2014, including one half of the gold-beds owned by the victim, and then intruded into the house, and brought about precious metal equivalent to KRW 2.250,00,00,00 from August 6, 2014 to September 30, 2014. However, it is apparent that the facts charged in total are 23 times, as described in the list of crimes Nos. 1 to 17, 20-25, which is corrected and recognized as above.
Until now, they committed a theft or attempted theft of another's property.
2. On September 26, 2014, around 19:00 to 20:00 on September 26, 2014, Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant confirmed that the house came out of the Victim G located under Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and that there was no inside and outside of the house, and cut off the suicide of the crime prevention using the pipe cuter prepared in advance, and intruded into the house, and was in place.
