A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016, 380"

1. On May 2, 2016, at around 09:00 on May 2, 2016, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance, such as: (a) the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, expressed a large amount of voice on the grounds that the victim D was not able to wre out of the window on the second floor.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's work by force, including interfering with the victim's coffee store business from May 23, 2016 to May 23, 2016.

2. The inspection of the damage to property was originally charged with attempted fire-prevention of the present building, but the indictment was changed due to the damage to property.

On May 16, 2016, the Defendant committed suicide at around 12:00 on May 16, 2016, with a view to committing suicide under Article 505 of the Victim F, operated by the victim F, in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and attached a bundled carbon using a one-time tool in which he was in possession, and then stored it in a garbage tank and destroyed the garbage tank owned by the victim.

B. On May 21, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime at around 15:06 on May 21, 2016, with the intent to commit suicide under Article 602 operated by the victim H of the victim H in Busan Metropolitan Government G, attached a fire to a bridge using a one-time tool in which the victim H was in possession, and caused a fire by inserting it into a garbage tank.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the microbage of the market price owned by the victim.

3. No person who violates Emergency Medical Services Act shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first-aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat of force or other means;

Nevertheless, at around 16:40 on May 21, 2016, the Defendant was in the emergency room of the Busan National University Hospital located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan.
