The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) is unreasonable in light of the following: (a) there are circumstances under which the Defendant committed the instant crime, including economic difficulties and complaints against society, etc.; (b) the victim did not differ; (c) the Defendant wants to take the Defendant’s wife; (d) the amount taken by the Defendant was fully returned; and (e) the Defendant reflects the mistake, the sentence imposed by the lower court (three years of imprisonment, etc.) is too unreasonable.

2. The lower court determined that the Defendant’s punishment was determined as above by taking account of the circumstances favorable to the Defendant, such as: (a) the Defendant’s threat of the victim who is a kitchen staff D employee and capture of the victim with a blue tape; (b) the nature of the crime of this case and the criminal situation are very heavy; (c) the Defendant planned committed the crime; (d) the amount taken by the Defendant committed the crime; and (e) the Defendant committed again the crime of this case during the period of the suspension of execution of imprisonment sentenced to a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, which was sentenced to a violation of the Act on Promotion of Game Industry; (b) the Defendant appears to have an attitude against the Defendant; (c) the damaged goods have been recovered; (d) the victim was the front wife of the Defendant; and (d) the Defendant had no record of punishment for the same kind of crime.

Although the Defendant tried to continue a workplace life while suffering from the real name and the right strings, the Defendant tried to continue the workplace life. However, it was lost due to the closure of the company accompanying the company, and expressed the economic difficulties and the self-responsibility on the failure of home in the form of dissatisfaction against the society, and eventually, it seems that the instant crime was committed.

Although there are no circumstances to consider certain extent in the circumstances in which the Defendant committed the instant crime, such circumstances exist.

Even if the crime of this case committed by threatening a person with a deadly weapon is bad, and the case is serious, the defendant cannot be held significantly liable for it.

The defendant is on the ground of appeal.
