A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:40 on May 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) operated a national highway No. 3 K5 car without a driver’s license on the upper upper part of the national highway No. 1; (b) proceeded with a two-lane road at a speed of about 100 kilometers from Daejeon at a speed of 100 kilometers; (c) was found late to follow the structural wall for the prevention of fall in the front direction installed at the speed of more than 60 kilometers at a speed of speed; (d) was strongly shocked to the front part of the vehicle with the above structural wall; and (e) the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim D(25 years old) on the left-hand side and monthly upper part of the national highway No. 1; (e) suffered from the injury of the victim during 20 days from the day of the traffic accident requiring pressure on the left-hand side; and (e) suffered from the injury of the victim during 1,550 days in the middle part of the vehicle No. 25 years old. 2.
