Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The seized one tape (No. 6) shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed commercial sex acts against women who met with conditions by accessing “C” by smartphone-rating displays, and was willing to commit commercial sex acts and to steal cash against them.

On March 8, 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) carried out sexual traffic with the Victim F (n, 22 years of age) and the Victim F (n, 22 years of age) through the above “C” hosting in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) carried out sexual traffic; and (c) carried out cash 200,000 won and body cards, and stolen them.

2. On March 2016, the Defendant, through the above “C” hosting, engaged in commercial sex acts against all women, taken cash back, purchased knife and blue tape used for committing the crime, and climbling them into a bank, and had them interfered with hosting and colored the subject of the crime.

The Defendant, at around 00:25 on April 29, 2016, was engaged in sexual traffic with the victim I (n, 25 years of age) who met through the “C” hosting under Article 301 of the HMoel 301 located in G in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si on April 29, 2016 and, while engaging in sexual traffic, taken off the knife (18cm in blade) and the hearing tape, which is a deadly weapon prepared in advance at the Gap’s own bank

and to the victim, “I am in favor of the victim, I do not refuse to do so,” and “I am in favor of the victim, I am.

As a result, the defendant took the victim's property by carrying a deadly weapon, and in the process, the victim took the victim's advantage of the number of days of treatment.
