1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff C and D are the parents of Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff B are the omission of Plaintiff A.
B. On May 13, 2013, Plaintiff A (E) who resides in the Yanan-si (E) sent out on May 13, 2013 to the investigation agency related to commercial sex acts (hereinafter, at the investigation agency’s investigation agency related to commercial sex acts, Plaintiff A stated that Plaintiff B sent out due to the assault by Plaintiff B, OO omitted) and sent an article to the Internet hosting room that “the minor Ambane” may be used. This communication was made from this F to the effect that “I will give KRW 90,000,000,000, out of 150,000,000, out of 150,000,000
Since then, Plaintiff A, while living in the above officetel, committed sexual traffic against men recruited by F.
C. The Defendants recruited by F by telephone or Internet hosting from May 2013 to June of the same year are defined as the terms used in this Act under Article 13(1) of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (hereinafter “Juvenile Protection Act”) by giving money to the Plaintiff, each of whom is a child or juvenile, and by sexual intercourse with Plaintiff A, as indicated in the separate sheet of “unlawful Act” as indicated in the separate sheet.
1. The term "child or juvenile" means a person under the age of 19;
Provided, That persons who have reached the age of 19 shall be excluded from persons who have reached the age of 19.
4. The term "act of purchasing sex of a child or youth" means doing any of the following acts against a child or youth or compelling a child or youth to do such act, in return for offering or promising to offer money or goods, other property benefits, services, convenience, etc. to those who arrange the purchase of sex of a child or youth, or those who substantially protect and supervise the child or youth, or those who actually protect and supervise the child or youth:
Article 13 (Purchase, etc. of Sex of Children or Juveniles) (1) Any person who has purchased sex of a child or youth shall be at least one year but not less than ten years.
