2. On October 22, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court, and on September 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the same court on September 2, 2010, respectively. On July 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 9 months for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On February 7, 2016, at around 03:54, the Defendant driven a DNA car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 2km alcohol content of about 0.055% from the 2km section to the day before the class of a club located in the same Myeon from the front of the Gyeong-gun of Gangwon-gu.

As a result, the Defendant, who had the power of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) more than twice, driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.

3. The Defendant driven a brand while under the influence of alcohol at the time and place set forth in paragraph 2.

On April 12, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car to F in order to conceal the fact that the Defendant driven a drinking at the front of F’s house E and F, No. 623, supra.

By asking and requesting the statement, the F made the statement to have the F make a false statement.

The defendant did not require F to drive a vehicle to H in the above police station G Teamman of the above police station who is investigating the above case at around 16:14 of the same day, for the traffic safety in the life of the Gangseo-gu Police Station in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Gun Office of Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and at the G Team Office of the above police station G Team, but a person who was not the name of the defendant carrying the vehicle while the defendant was driving the vehicle.
