Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2018, the Defendant driven B radars without obtaining a driver's license at around 19:30 on October 21, 2018, and proceeded along the three-lane road located in C at Jeju, using the three-lane road in front of the “D” Periodical restaurant at E University.

At the same time, the previous vehicle was under the stop due to the traffic congestion, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to safely operate the vehicle with due care in the traffic situation.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and obstructed the Defendant’s failure to stop in front of the Defendant’s vehicle due to the Defendant’s vehicle’s vehicle’s business negligence, and got ahead of the Defendant’s driving vehicle, and caused the Defendant’s back portion of the Victim H(the age of 49), which was stopped in front of the said rocketing vehicle due to its shock, to take the back portion of the Defendant’s driving vehicle’s IK9 (the age of 49) that was stopped in front of the said rocketing vehicle, and suffered injury to the Victim F, such as the following tensions requiring approximately two weeks of treatment, and to inflict injury on the Victim H, such as light drown and tensions requiring approximately two weeks of treatment, and at the same time, to repair the said rocketing vehicle, to have approximately 4,96,781 won of the repair cost of the said vehicle, and to damage the said KS9 vehicle.
