A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On February 25, 2017, around 13:08, the Defendant driven a B-wing vehicle with alcohol content of 0.152% during blood while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 500 meters from the 443 o-dong welfare center in the same city from the A-dong A-dong A-dong parking lot around 13:08 to the front road of the D-dong welfare center.
