A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On October 1, 2017, the Defendant received and delivered 0.1g of Mesophical clopon (hereinafter “Mesophopon”) from E, which is a type-oriented mental medicine, in front of the DNA ATM flag, which is located in the vicinity of U.S. Sinsan-gu, Seoul, on October 1, 2017.

2. On October 30, 2017, the Defendant, on October 30, 2017, administered once by inserting the penphone 0.03g (03g) delivered by H on the road near the G funeral hall located in Pyeongtaek-si F, into a folder, and dilution water into the left top.
