A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. A. If I additionally lend KRW 5 million, I will give money when I enter the father of May 8, 2018.”

However, even if the victim borrowed the money as described in the preceding paragraph, there was no intention or ability to repay it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above and received 5 million won from the victim’s account in the name of E designated by the Defendant on the same day.

2. The Defendant, at around 14:00 on June 9, 2018, listened to the phrase “heat shop “H” on the first floor of G building in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu F Station in the above B, I, etc., or the above B, “I have drank back to his father, and the representation of C is not false.”, “in-house director A, representative director A, and Seoul Special Metropolitan City.”
