Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2017. 10. 15. 12:05 경 충북 보은 군 D 소재 ‘E 식당’ 앞 편도 2 차선 도로를 F SM5 승용차를 운전하여 1 차로를 따라 진행하던 중 신호기가 작동하지 않는 ‘ ㅏ’ 자형 삼거리에 이르러 보은 읍 방면에서 현대 주유소 방면으로 좌회전하게 되었다.

Ultimately, the Defendant’s negligence in the above SM5’s occupational negligence showed the victim H(W, 86 years old) who was boarding the said SM5’s car.
