1. Upon the plaintiff's primary claim, the above court is the Seoul Central District Court G real estate auction case.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On May 30, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the provisional attachment registration with the claim amounting to KRW 146,936,301 as to the 27 households of the 5-story reinforced concrete structure (framed) concrete roof (hereinafter “instant building”) located in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu and the 146,936,301.

B. On November 17, 2014, Defendant A entered into a lease agreement with Nonparty Company and the instant building with a deposit of KRW 120,000,000 with respect to KRW 102,00 among the instant building, and obtained the fixed date on September 8, 2016.

C. On March 23, 2013, Defendant B entered into a lease agreement with Nonparty Company and the instant building with a deposit of KRW 105,00,000 for KRW 105,00 among the instant building, and obtained the fixed date on July 11, 2016 for the contract to increase KRW 20,000,000 on March 5, 2015.
