Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2019, at around 06:25, the Defendant driven a CMW 320d car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.161% from the 3km section from the front of a restaurant in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the front of the Busan Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si.
