A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence from the defendant shall be confiscated subparagraph 2.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a Chinese national from around July 2014 to July 2019, is a person who has hedginged with the victim B (n, 46 years of age) in a relationship with his/her family.

1. On August 2, 2019, the Defendant, who entered a residence, entered the front of the victim B’s house located in Daegu-gun Group C, and entered the front of the victim B’s house located in Daegu-gun, and opened the front door and entered the front door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

2. Special intimidation: (a) the Defendant entered the Victim B’s house with a dilution agents (Trichlorochlorochloroethyl ethyl component), which are dangerous things at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1), and then came into the Victim B’s house, and then the Defendant “not having obtained any telephone dys, without any dysium”; and (b) the Defendant spreaded the dilution agents that the Defendant intended to report to the police.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. The Defendant had the victim B reported to the police for the same reasons as the above paragraphs 1 and 2, and had the victim’s vehicle fire prevention in mind.

On August 8, 2019, at around 07:20, the Defendant prepared gasoline and diesel in front of the victim's workplace located in Daegu-gun D, and was waiting for the victim. On the other hand, the Defendant prepared fire prevention by spreading gasoline in front of the victim's passenger car with a view to preventing fire.

4. At around 07:30 on August 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (3); and (b) operated a F-Apurd-purd vehicle and escaped, and received a report from the F-Apurd-pured vehicle, and was led to the tracking of the police officer assigned to the Daegu Hasar Police Station that was called out after receiving the report from H.

The defendant is running along three-lanes in front of the entrance of an agency tunnel in the Daegu-gun Sungpo-si representative, and two-lanes and three-lanes are combined.
