1. Basic facts
A. On December 31, 2010, the Plaintiff and Defendant B concluded an insurance contract in the instant case with the amount of KRW 73,720, monthly insurance premium from December 31, 2010 to December 31, 207, with the policyholder B, the insured Defendant A, the beneficiary of survival, the Defendant C, and the insurance period from December 31, 2010 to December 31, 207.
