Punishment of the crime

Since then, the Defendant received 8 million won in cash from the victim before the above F elementary school in accordance with D agency’s instruction on the same day, and then deposited the above 8 million won in the H bank account (J) in the name of the limited liability company I in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the same from that to May 18, 2020.
