Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The main body related to the instant officetel construction and sales business is 1) Ab&D Urban Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “b&D urban development”).
On March 23, 2012, the International Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “International Trust Co., Ltd.”) changed its trade name into the International Trust Co., Ltd.;
hereinafter referred to as "trustee")
(2) The Corporation, in total, shall be referred to as "the Corporation" and "the Corporation", and "the Corporation" and "the Corporation", both of the two companies.
B) Between Gwangju, Seo-gu, and four lots of land (hereinafter referred to as “instant project site”) owned by b&D city development.

(2) A business agreement and agency contract with respect to the new construction and sale of a project (hereinafter referred to as “instant business agreement”).
2) On March 23, 2012, 201, b&D urban development concluded a sale management trust agreement with a trustee pursuant to the instant business agreement (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer based on trust regarding the entire project site to the trustee, and the contents of the instant trust agreement were publicly announced on the trust ledger.
B. The main contents of the instant business agreement and the instant trust agreement and the instant trust agreement are as follows: (a) the trustee manages the ownership of the instant business site and the instant officetel ownership to be constructed in the future; (b) the management of the instant business site and the instant officetel ownership; (c) the management of the sales contract is conducted through consultation with the construction company and the trustee; and (d) the trustee is responsible for storage of the sales contract, the establishment of the fund management account, and the receipt and management of the sales price; and (c) the first printed new sales contract is managed and kept by the trustee; and (d) the trustee grants a new sales contract to the development of the Techn City for the purpose of concluding the sales contract.
