A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle B.

On February 15, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car on February 21:26, 2020, and proceeded at an insular speed by driving the said car at a one-lane of the two-lanes in front of the Seoul Building in the Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan City.
