The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the lower court regarding the assertion of misunderstanding of the facts or misapprehension of the legal doctrine, the Defendant, based on the core content of whether aviation against an unqualified pilot was employed, stated in the instant criminal trial procedure to the effect that he/she was an unqualified pilot, thereby inducing the victim to be subject to criminal punishment, thereby gathering the victim’s awareness of such fact.

It is reasonable to view it.

This part of the defendant's assertion is without merit.

1) The victim did not have been promoted to the plane captain on the wind to promote the person without qualification to the plane captain.
