Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who was elected by going to the election of a standing director of the D Union that was implemented on August 20, 2012, and Defendant B and E are a member of the said D Association, who was a member of the personnel recommendation committee for the said election.
No person shall engage in any conduct of offering money, goods, entertainment or other property benefits to members, etc. for the purpose of getting him/herself or any specific person elected as an executive or representative for a local livestock-related consultation or getting any specific person elected as an executive or representative, or getting any person elected as
1. Defendant A:
(a) on July 4, 2012, at the issue of B located in F, 17:00, 17:00, the term “W” means “W,” and the market value of five (5) beef equivalent to KRW 100,000,000;
B. At around 18:30 on July 26, 2012, E’s house located in Gyeongnam-gun G, Gyeongnam-gun, provided E with one-time beef and three hundred thousand won in cash in market price.
2. Defendant B was provided with five (5) beef worth of KRW 100,000 at the market price on July 4, 2012, at the Defendant’s issue located in F of the Republic of Korea, the standing director of the said union, around 17:00.

1. Defendants of the Provisional Payment Order: The facts charged as to the violation of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act due to the failure of the Defendants of the part not guilty under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act by five times the number of beef, Defendant A-B.
At the time and at the place of entry, Defendant B shall be 5,000 won of the market value.
