A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

3. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance to occupy the operation of E-mail vehicles shall be operated on the road;

Nevertheless, on January 4, 2016, the Defendant owned E-Poter freight without mandatory insurance, and driven the said freight on the road before a bachelor's degree of members in the Changwon-si, Busan Metropolitan Government.
