Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff, a national of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter “China”), entered the Republic of Korea on October 20, 2006 short-term visit (C-3) and applied for refugee status to the Defendant on June 16, 2016.

B.
