【Criminal Power】 On March 14, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 from the Busan District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】 On July 27, 2019, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven a e-learning car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 150 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.180% from the section front of the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the front road of the Ulsan-gun.

As a result, the Defendant violated the regulations on the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice.
