On April 12, 2013, no person had a telecommunications equipment and facilities and operated a telephone room in Busanjin-gu, Busan, which is a distance of 83 meters from C kindergarten and 83 meters from Busan, with the aim of mediating voice or image dialogue among unspecified people.
