Punishment of the crime

The defendant, the victim B, and C are all the residents of the D Apartment-si, Bupyeong-si, to the extent that it does not harm the identity of the facts charged and the defense of the defendant.

1. Around June 19, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc.
