A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【2020 Highest 154】

1. At around 14:30 on December 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties of the performance of official duties by the Defendant: (b) on the bus stop in front of the C building located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) heard the horses of a bus engineer to get off the bus; and (d) taking a tobacco to get off the bus; and (e) took a stop for a violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, which was dispatched to the site after receiving a 112 report; (c) stated that the Defendant would turn off the above F’s left shoulder to the right side of the building; and (d) continuously assaulted the F on one occasion on the top of the right hand; and (d) obstructed the progress of the said F in such a way as to assault the bus on three occasions, such as assaulting the bus at the scene to take off the bus site to handle other 112 reports.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender committing an obstruction of performance of official duties on the ground of Paragraph 1, and on December 14, 2019, around 14:47, the Defendant illegally used the name and resident registration number (I) of her pro-friendly H in order to conceal the fact that the police officer requested to verify his/her identity at the D District Unit of the Seoul Nowon-gu Seoul Nowon-gu Police Station D District, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.

On July 23, 2018, the Defendant submitted an application for recognition of eligibility to receive unemployment benefits to a person in need of unemployment benefits at the Seoul Northern Employment Center located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.

However, in fact, the defendant was a person who is unable to receive unemployment benefits because he is working in the Dispute Settlement Council in Gyeonggi-do.

The Defendant applied for unemployment benefits in a false manner.
