Punishment of the crime
[2017 Highest 2318] The Defendant discovered a room in which the victim C’s market price is KRW 1 million, and the victim’s certificate, resident registration certificate, etc. was kept in a 100,000,000,000 won at the gate student restaurant of the Korean Foreign Language University located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with a view to neglecting the management of university students’ belongings at the lecture room in the university located in the university, etc., and stolen the above method seven times in total, including the following: (a) discovered a room in which the victim’s market price is KRW 1,00,000,000, and the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) took advantage of the difference in the victim’s list of crimes.

1. Larceny;
A. At around 14:25 on May 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen money and valuables in the market price, such as the Seoul Educational University Eduna, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seocho-gu; (b) the victim D, who was a student of the said university, used the gap where he was neglected due care in the sports ground in which he was frighted to do so; (c) the victim caused the said bank to go off; and (d) the cash 50,000 won in the said bank, which was owned by the victim; and (d) the instant mobile phone, 1, hedged, electronic tobacco, and e-bank card of our bank.
B. On May 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim E at the parking lot of the Korea University E-KMW car located in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul on May 31, 201; (b) the victim E-W car parked in the vicinity of the FMW car; and (c) the victim E-bed away from the driver’s seat and the string glass window, thereby bringing his hand to the victim’s door, who was located in the top of the string glass window, and then cut off the victim’s door, which is owned by the victim; and (d) the victim’s laps, such as the street charging machine, fran line, etc. located in the market.
