A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. [2017 Height 188]

A. On December 25, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a CFD car without a vehicle driver’s license in the section of approximately 1km from the front of the Suwon-gu Seoul Symdong sperm market to the front day of the 157 Suwon-si Gym-ro 75, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, GFD car without a vehicle driver’s license.

나. 도로 교통법위반( 음주 측정거부) 피고인은 가항 기재와 같은 일 시경 수원시 팔달구 수성로 157번 길 75에 있는 버들 삼거리 앞 도로를 술을 마신 상태에서 위 승용차를 운전하던 중 인도에 걸쳐 정차한 후 시동을 켠 채로 운전석에서 잠이 들었다.

Upon receipt of a report 112, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking alcohol, smelling, sprinking on face, etc., from a slope E belonging to the Suwon Police Station D District, which was called up by the Defendant.

Due to reasonable grounds, there was a demand for responding to the measurement of drinking by inserting approximately 20 minutes into a drinking measuring instrument.

Nevertheless, the defendant refused this and did not comply with a police officer's request for measurement of drinking without any justifiable reason.

2. [Attachment 2017 Highest 2422] On April 6, 2017, the Defendant driven a CFD car from a place lower than that of the Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si to a 94-ro, Suwon-ro, 10km away from the offwards of a place lower than that of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, a 2017, without obtaining a driver’s license.
