Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From November 2, 2015 to November 17:30 to 18:58, 2015, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim’s “D main points” operated by the victim C in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to display the victim’s shoulder with a studio on his/her shoulder, and (b) demanded the victim to display it with a studio on his/her shoulder, but on the ground that the victim refused it; (c) caused the victim’s refusal to do so; and (d) obstructed the victim’s main points operation by force for a period of up to one hour.
