Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around September 2013, the Defendant: (a) Makao’s hotel casino located in Makao had stuffed the entire property from Makao to Makao’s casino on April 2014; and (b) had makao’s stuffed the entire property from Makao’s casino; and (c) had her money borrowed from the son for gambling
1. Nevertheless, around May 5, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 13,00,00 from the victim’s bank under the name of the Defendant to the Nonghyup Bank in the name of the Defendant’s name. From that time until December 7, 2014, the Defendant received or received KRW 1,959,530,000 in total from 182 times as shown in the attached crime list (1) or from the account designated by the Defendant, or received KRW 1,959,530,00 in total from December 7, 2014. The Defendant paid KRW 1,39,240,000 in total under the name of the principal, etc. for the said money, and acquired KRW 560,290,000 in total.

Around April 10, 2014, the criminal defendant against the victim E calls the victim E from a Makao site, and “When a passport is lost due to the loss of belongings, such as a passport, and a money is needed to recover a passport by lending the passport to a local person.
