Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has no intention or ability to repay money even if he borrowed money due to absence of a certain occupation.

1. On August 29, 2012, the Defendant issued 400,000 won in cash, as a living expense, to the victim D, on August 29, 2012, by making a false statement to the victim D, stating that “Isn's money will be repaid upon her mother’s return to Korea.”

2. On September 12, 2012, the Defendant issued 600,000 won in cash from the victim on September 12, 2012, on the ground that the victim made a false statement to the effect that “the victim is in need of return from Australia to Australia.”

3. On September 18, 2012, the Defendant issued a false statement to the victim, stating, “The real estate brokerage commission and down payment of KRW 2,000,000,000 should be paid to the victim when having set up the set up the set up of the set up of the set up of the set up of the set up of the set up of the set up of the set up of money.” On October 16, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 20,000,000 from the victim.”

4. On September 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the victim in the foregoing C Coina stating that “I will borrow KRW 1,000,000 as hospital expenses and living expenses are needed; (b) I will receive deposit from the tenant; and (c) received KRW 1,00,000 in cash from the victim.”

5. On October 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the victim in the foregoing C Coina stating that “I will lend KRW 1,200,000 to the victim for hospital expenses and living expenses; (b) I will receive deposit from the tenant when the tenant enters; and (c) received KRW 1,200,000 in cash from the victim.”

6. On October 15, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The purchase cost of goods will be paid later on the face of advance payment for the purpose of selling malicious rates so that they can sell malicious rates” at a time of extension of the eyebrow operated by the victim in Silung-si, Silsi, and that it is equivalent to KRW 4,80,000 from the victim.
