Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall allow any person to reach another person repeatedly in the form of code, words, sound, image, or picture that arouses fear or apprehension through an information and communications network.

1. On March 14, 2014, at the Defendant’s house located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and 201 on March 14, 2014, the Defendant thought that the Defendant did not receive adequate wages from the victim B, and that the Defendant’s mobile phone (number D) sent the Defendant’s mobile phone (number D) text messages stating that “I would like to go to the Defendant that the Nim National Assembly Chairperson would be subdivided into the phone that he would go to the intention.” In addition, from that time to April 20:49 to April 20, 2014, it appears that part of the contents of No. 15 of the above list of crimes falls under the contents of No. 15 of the list of crimes (hereinafter “I will go to go to this late,” but it appears that some of the contents of No. 14 were written by mistake.

As above, the above defendant's office sent text messages in the same way 15 times in total.

Accordingly, the defendant had repeatedly reached the victim with the language that arouses fear or apprehension through information and communications network.

2. On March 14, 2014, around 19:58, the Defendant sent the victim E a letter messages using the aforementioned mobile phone for the same reason, stating that “The FNN NN NN NN NN will be subject to No. Do Governor’s intention.” From around that time to April 20:38, 2014, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s text messages using the same method 18 times in total from the Defendant’s house, such as the list of crimes (2).

Accordingly, the defendant had repeatedly reached the victim with the language that arouses fear or apprehension through information and communications network.
