A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who owns two seeds and seedlings cultivation facilities, which are animal and plant-related facilities built with a general steel structure in Nam-si, Namyang-si, which is a development restriction zone, and one Dong, which is an agricultural product storage facility (40m2) installed with a general steel structure in D, and one Dong, which is an agricultural product storage facility with a general steel structure.

No one shall construct a building, change the purpose of use, install a structure, change the form and quality of land, cut bamboo and trees, divide land, or store goods within a zone subject to development restriction without obtaining permission from the competent authority.

1. Around March 2017, the Defendant changed the use of an agricultural product storage facility built D as a house without obtaining permission from the Namyang Jeju Market, using two seeds of seeds and seedlings distribution facilities in C as a cosmetic storage, and changing the use thereof.

2. On March 2017, the Defendant constructed a toilet with the light-weight board structure at C without obtaining permission from the Namyang-ju market.

3. Around May 2017, the Defendant changed the form and quality by packaging concrete on the outside land (a total of 1,219 square meters) of a seed nursery and a warehouse for storing agricultural products in two lots of land and neighboring land, which are two lots of land on the southyangju market without obtaining permission, and around May 2017.
