Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 12, 2019, at around 19:28, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim C’s fish display system using the Defendant’s handphone via the Defendant’s handphone, and (b) opened up 18 seats of “D film” among “D film” screened at the 20:40 square meters on the same day, as if the film were to be seen.

However, in fact, the defendant did not think that the defendant would not want to pay a normal price by cancelling the towing seat immediately before the commencement of the screening of the motion picture, and the above towing was revoked at around 20:21 on the same day.

2. 사기미수 피고인은 2019. 6. 12. 19:28경 같은 날 20:40경에 C 부천역점에서 상영하는 ‘D’ 영화 좌석 18석을 172,800원 상당에 예매하고, 예매한 내역을 휴대폰 스크린샷 기능으로 캡쳐한 뒤 영화상영 시각 직전인 20:21경에 예매를 취소하여 위 대금을 모두 환불받았다.

Nevertheless, at around 20:40 on the same day, the Defendant entered the exhibition hall as if he had paid 24,000 won to the employees in charge of the victim company C secondary ocheon Station in the name of the victim company after capturing the photographs taken from the six sub-Acheon Station of the 6th floor E-si building in Bupyeongcheon-si, and had paid 24,00 won for the film price.
