Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On June 10, 2014, the Defendant driven the above taxi on June 10, 2014, and turned to the left at a speed of about 30km at a speed of 30km depending on the two-lanes between the D Jeong-gu and the D Jeong-gu located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.

Since there is a crosswalk in which a signal, etc. is installed, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to take the signal, etc. into consideration the person engaged in driving the vehicle, safely drive the crosswalk in accordance with his/her signals, and check whether there is a person to build the crosswalk, and prevent the accident.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to turn to the left in contravention of the signal and received the right bridge part of the victim E (the 20-year-old, female) who dried the crosswalk in accordance with the signals from the left side of the direction of the proceeding, as the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as the “blue blue Park”, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, due to the above negligence.
