1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2019. 3. 6. 22:50경부터 23:50경 사이에 광주 북구 C에 있는 D 주점에서 술을 마시다가 업주인 피해자 E(여, 44세)에게 같이 술을 마시자고 하면서 수회에 걸쳐 피해자의 손을 잡아 끌어 피고인의 옆자리에 앉히려 하고, 피해자가 이에 응하지 않자 화를 내며 탁자 위의 안주 그릇 등을 엎어 버리고, 이를 말리던 일행인 B에게 욕설을 하며 소란을 피우고, 피해자가 테이블 위에 엎질러진 술을 행주로 닦고 있을 때, 갑자기 오른손으로 피해자의 오른쪽 가슴 부위를 옷 위로 꽉 잡고, 다른 테이블을 정리하기 위해 지나가는 피해자의 허리 부위를 왼손바닥으로 툭 치면서 옷 위로 엉덩이까지 쓰다듬어 내리고, 피해자를 껴안으려 하는 등 추행하고, 피해자의 만류에도 불구하고 주점 내에서 담배를 피웠다.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, and obstructed the main business of the victim for about one hour by force.

2. On March 7, 2019, at around 00:22, the Defendants were sent to the police officers belonging to the F District District of the Gwangju Northern Police Station on the street prior to the foregoing main point. Defendant B sent a call to the police officers of the F District of the Gwangju Northern Police Station.
