A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 3067"

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving C Costaex.

At around 22:40 on May 6, 2016, the Defendant driven the above passenger vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.229% without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle, and led the six front paths of the D building in Busan, North Korea, to the white school from the direction of the new sub-section.

At this point, the vehicle has been parked in the resident priority parking zone line, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to take the front door and left door well, and to accurately manipulate the steering system and the steering system so as to prevent the accident in advance.

2. The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.229% in blood alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle at the time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, and the Defendant was driving Cone Star bicycle at a section of about 600 meters from the front day of collection of Maddong, Busan to the six front roads of the D Building.
