Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.

1. Facts charged;

A. The Defendants did not have any intent or ability to invest in funds even if they run the Internet shopping mall business with the victim E who operated the used cars selling company and used cars for the purpose of mediating the sale and purchase of used cars, as they came to know through D.

Nevertheless, on April 20, 2008, the Defendants made an investment of KRW 50 million in the amount equivalent to 80% of the funds required for the said project by the victim under the F&F apartment 101 Dong 1201, Busan, Busan, Daegu, Maritime Transport Daegu, to the effect that the Defendant would make an investment of KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000)

5. 6.3 million won, and the same month;

8. In addition to the receipt of five million won or more, as described in the attached list of crimes, the victim was deceivingd four times in total from that time to August 12, 2008, and acquired a total of KRW 175 million as investment money.

B. Defendant B did not have any intent or ability to repay the money despite borrowing the money from the above victim E.

Nevertheless, on September 7, 2008, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he/she would make payment with high interest if he/she lends 30 million won as he/she needs to pay money to the victim E by means of D and received KRW 10 million from the victim through the above D on October 7, 2008.

On November 27, 2008, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the effect that if the Defendant borrowed 10 million won as he/she is urgently required to engage in the above business by posting a telephone to the victim E; (b) then, he/she was given KRW 10 million from the victim on the same day through the said D.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim on two occasions and acquired 20 million won in total as the borrowed money.
