A. The Plaintiff is an insured under the Act on the Collection of Insurance Premiums, etc. for Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance (hereinafter “Employment Insurance Premium Collection Act”).

As to the management number 416-81-16706-0 (hereinafter “main company”) and the management number 416-81-16706-6 (hereinafter “construction site”), the Plaintiff reported and paid industrial accident compensation insurance fees (including wage bonds and asbestos injury relief contributions; hereinafter “industrial accident insurance premiums”) and employment insurance premiums (insurance premiums for employment stability, vocational ability development projects and unemployment benefits; hereinafter “employment insurance premiums”) as shown in [Attachment 1].

On January 20, 2014, based on the relevant data received from the Plaintiff, the Defendant selected the Plaintiff as a workplace subject to the final settlement of employment and industrial accident insurance premiums in 2013, and conducted the final settlement procedure. On January 20, 2014, the Defendant imposed KRW 337,687,640, which is the difference between the estimated labor premium and the insurance premium already paid, on the basis of the labor ratio publicly notified by the Minister of Employment and Labor to the Plaintiff.
