A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, on July 16, 2016, 22:15, was on board a bus No. 11 operated as a water source basin at the bus stops located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and then, 10 passengers are on 10,000, and the milch tank “in large interest with the victim B, among the 10 passengers are observed.”
In the end of 3 to 4 instances, “the victim was openly insulting.”
2. On July 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went away from the bus stops located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, who was subject to reporting 112 due to insult as prescribed in paragraph (1) and paragraph (1) at the bus stops in front of the Nowon-gu, Suwon-si; and (b) tried to leave the said places to the Defendant, who was identified as the Defendant as the Defendant; and (c) the said D was able to take the face of the Defendant’s hand-owned by the Defendant.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

The reason for sentencing under the former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, Articles 38(1)2 and 50 of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Concurrent Crimes - The defendant, who did not provide any criminal motive, is pleasureing to commit a crime by causing the victim’s speech and intent to insult him/her, and committing a crime. - When a police officer who was dispatched after receiving a report and performing his/her duties is prone to being dispatched to a police officer performing his/her duties, it would interfere with judicial enforcement. The sentence is ordered in consideration of all the sentencing conditions revealed in the trial process in the above circumstances
